With a problem, a person and a product - if you know two, you can figure out the third. Applying a process of rapid-prototyping and iterative testing, the best solutions are figured out by leveraging the experts from every domain.

Inspired by observation, I get ideas from watching someone work or trying something new - intrinsically I visualize how things could work differently and like to ask people what they think.
